I have NG12 installed on XP sp3. I am wanting to make a clean install of XP because of registry issues. I am looking for the installed license location of NG 12. I have searched at Symantec and every other site I could find. I purchased the NG 12 from Symantec but can't remember or find registration info. Where can I find my license key so I can reinstall NG 12 after the fresh copy of XP is installed?

Try going here: https://www.mynortonaccount.com/amsweb/default.do and typing in a password.  I would assume that if you purchased the software directly from Symantec you have an account.  If that is the case, click on the software you need info for and I think you should find what you need.
