That was a very unique letter.  I'm not sure how I'd take the $11 complaint.  I would think that one would take into account that the shipping/courier business is probably a little (understandably) back logged at the moment.  Nonetheless, I would take the rest as a compliment.   To me it reads along the lines of : curse you Rad for inspiring me!    

The style and wit is certainly not your run of the mill variety.  And if they've been spending their time laying boilers and pipe, I would suggest that they have other talents that they could be exploiting.  (But if they find reward in their work, then so be it, that's all that matters - but I kinda suspect otherwise).  Maybe this is the reason why this person is running out and getting a domain name?  Who knows (but them), and I won't try to delve into this individual's psyche any futher.  

I will say this thou, they should try their hand at some fiction - I bet it would be an interesting read.
