I read your articles on Ghost. You mentioned that your boot floppy wouldn't see all your partitions. I have a suggestion you can try. Not sure it will work, but give it a shot.

In your config.sys add a line:

LASTDRIVE=z

I'd be interested in knowing whether this allows you to see all your partitions.
