Dentek, I know of no mechanism to accomplish your objective with Ghost 9.

However, you could achieve a similar outcome by running a 'virtual machine' on your PC for the children.  Any changes made to the virtual machine would have no impact upon your physical PC.

For further information on virtual machines, see the following three threads on this forum:

You may want to consider have separate Userid's for your children.  Make sure they are Limited accounts and not Administrator accounts.  Also be sure they cannot logon to your account or know your password.

A limited account can be as restrictive as you want or need.  This is what libraries and public pc's do.  Much easier than complete restores.

Ultimately it can be a better learning experience if teenagers have their own computer, because then they learn themselves and from their peers how to fix it and/or be responsible for what they do to it, instead of someone else.  Just keep it in a public area of your home.

Please don't flame me here  :)   :)  I'm just offering a "hypothetical goal".
