V-COM/Avanquest will be releasing Perfect Image – a "Real-time Hard Disk Image Backup" solution - in late March, 2007.  It appears to be similar to other competitive products, such as Norton Ghost 10.

v-com is a good company, and i'm sure they'd put out a solid product, tho it seems to be a little late in the game.

Rad, I too couldn't find any pages on the V-COM website describing the product.  I suspect a description of the product will be posted in a next few weeks.

My information was based on a brief email sent by V-COM that only provided an overview of the product and an opportunity to "pre-order" it.  Although it is likely that the product will be of good quality, I didn't see any features at first blush that really served to distinguish it from the competition.

The fact that more and more image backup products are being introduced into the consumer market indicates a growing trend that hopefully will provide the benefits of image backup to a wider and wider selection of users.
