Can I get my computer by receiving the info of my computer when it is connected to

A utility such as LoJack for Laptops can perform the function you desire, but – unfortunately – it needs to be installed prior to the theft occurring.

Did you by any chance make a backup at any time?

Beyond the importance of backup, this sad tale also highlights the critical role of encryption – especially in the case of laptops. It is bad enough to loose your hardware, to say nothing of potentially loosing your personal information through identity theft.
