Just last night this member when from *active* to *Ex Member* status-- http://radified.com/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1198828528/0 --how exactly does that happen--I don't find a function for members to withdraw from the forum on their own--did you delete this member? |

It's there, just not easy to find; go through this sequence of pages: Profile > Modify > Confirm Password Then on the screen that lets you modify your profile or change passwords, "Delete User" is an option at the bottom. |

Even after you told me where to look, I was still looking for some *text* similar to all the other text on that page with a *check box* or something--but there is was plain as day and staring right at me--the *button* to the right of the button that says *Change Profile*! Talk about selective perception--nothing registered after the *Change Profile* button which is also on all the other pages as well--without the *Delete user* button! Thanks for pointing me in the right direction--I guess *zmdmw52* left our forum of his own accord! |

Hi, I accidentally deleted my Profile including User Name (zmdmw52) & now can't login/post on Radified Forums. Is it possible to re-register me, with the same user name (zmdmw52) Thanks, Jay [ltho i *have* deleted many others. ] if the acct has ben deleted, then he should be able to re-reg with same user name. |

I'm not sure how this forum software works, but I have found on other forums that once an email address has been used once, you are blocked from using it again--so he might not be able to re-register! There is a function in the *Admin* area to *manually* register a user--maybe you could *re-instate* him using that function. |

I just saw that he has been registered as the *newest* member--so he's back--but has lost his prior association with his previous posts!

Am back with same user name [('zmdmw52') & 'dude' as an added epithet]; and yes, the association with previous posts *has* been lost. Searching for posts by 'zmdmw52' doesn't help to bring out the older posts...may have something to do with upgradation of the forums to a new version... But it's good to see many of the 'old hands' still around. |
