Rad:  I need help modifying a topic.  The first post of the FAQ is greater than 3500 characters.  I am trying to split some of the information into posts 2,3, etc., but I can't even modify the first one.

Because it truncates the modify/save option at 3500 characters.

Any way to temporarily increase the max post size so I can do some editing?

I changed to 5500. Does that help, or do you need more?

That took care of it.  Thanks, and you can reset it back.  I made some room by re-arranging some of the FAQ posts.  I assume the old limit must have been slightly larger than 3500 because I was able to modify them previously.

Can you move reply 6 and 7 to the G14 board?  That would enable me to add another post adjacent to the others when needed.

Please feel free to suggest additional topics, links etc for the FAQ.  I keep adding links to info that I think will be helpful, but I don't read all the boards completely.

Old limit was 6666 I think. We had some problems with threads larger than 100-KB, so I felt limiting the size of each post might help.

Default, if I recall correctly, was 5500 at one time. I changed it to 4500.

Rad, thanks for the assistance.  I regrouped some of the FAQ replies to keep everything in size now, and allow for some expansion.
