I have a portable with XP and intend to buy a Dell desktop with Windows Vista. Somebody wrote in a forum that Ghost 10.0 will not work with Vista. Is that right?
If so can I upgrade my Ghost 10.0 to one that works with Vista?

No. Norton Ghost10.0 will not support Windows VISTA.

Better go for upgrade to Norton Ghost14.0.
