Title: Corrupted MS-Outlook 2007 datafiles after recovery - Ghost 8.3/11.0.1

I have Windows XP SP3 with Office 2007 installed.

I installed the OS, required softwares and configured my Outlook for MS-exchange server and POP3.

I create the backup of C drive on another partition. When i recover it the recovery is success. But when i start the Outlook, it says the datafile is old and delete the outook.pst file and restart the outlook. It will create a new one.

This is only for the MS-exchange account which stores the datafiles in directory of my  user name->documents and settings-> and so on.

I have ensured the outlook datafile was updated and exit properly.

Yeah.....an indexed data base file has to remain in the same place on the HD.
Ghost backup and restore will move it.
Or, so I've been told.

If by chance it was fragmented....that just makes it worse!

Good Luck,
Shadow  8-)
