There simply aren't any NDIS2 drivers made for wireless adapters, unfortunately, and this is largely due to the approach taken to wireless security in the 802.11 standards, in which the two separate ideas of authentication and encryption have tended to end up mixed together. The end result is that no manufacturer (to my knowledge, except for one exception of a single early 802.11a adapter which only worked in DOS with open networks) has bothered making NDIS2 drivers for their cards.

Even in Windows PE, getting wireless adapters up is a nightmare, again largely because of the authentication/encryption system and how the various manufacturers have coded their proprietary user "helper" programs that manage the process of selecting a network and presenting stored authentication credentials to them.

Pretty much the only consolation is that wired connections are vastly faster in practice for Ghost-type operations - which involve transferring very large amounts of data - than wireless ones. Even on a dirt-cheap 4-port 100mbit wired switch Ghost can get to basically saturate the link, whereas you'd be incredibly lucky to get even half that effective throughput between two nodes on typical 802.11 wireless.

hello again,
if you got ghost32.exe
UBCD4WIN has good support for wireless networking.
and also there is a natural plugin for ghost By Bart
all you need is drop the contents of wireless driver folder
from installation Cd to c:\UBCD4win\plugin\drivers\net flode
there is also loads more drivers in that folder LinkSYS  Belkin Netgear etc
check those folders and even if the drivers are there make another
with slightly different name .
because a lot of wirless drivers go by Version vumbers V1,V2 ...V7
so customise it then compile the ISO
it is much easier than it sounds .
you also got Reatogo XPE which is also very sophisticated
and it has even Hamachi plugin and ULTRA VNC plugin
which gives you ability of remote access over an external Hamachi network over the internet very cool!!
