I am attempting to upgrade My computers internal Hard drive, so i got norton 12 so i could copy it to an external and then hopefully copy it back. However Norton 12 seems to think the hard driver is smaller then it really is even after reformatting.

Could we get some sizes from you? HD sizes, number of partitions on each HD and sizes? Amount of Free Space in each partition? Operating system? IDE or SATA HDs? Brand of computer?

Are you doing Copy Drive or creating an image (recovery point)?

Do you want to replace the old HD with the new HD?
