i'm running windows xp prof on my pc, and i use nero as burning software. this system is multi boot with a windows 98 se system. on my win98 system nero works just fine
but on xp it gives me grey hair. i have an official license of nero including all the add ons you can buy. but i don't get it to work.
i already have been looking around on internet for help and did some changes. like disabling the burner application inside xp(by administrator id). update of aspi drivers to 4.7.
tzhe only way to get nero starting is by removing the nero aspi driver in the nero program files,
and nero starts telling me that he can only use virtual cdr.
a normal start of nero ends in the task not responding anymore and the only way to get out of this is by rebooting xp.
can anyboby explain whats going on and how to solve this.
i already tried the support from nero but after a number of days received a phone number in amerika(i live in holland) and this number is always engaged. so bad support from the nero team.
