Hi Rad,
I have a VHS tape which shows the visit of a camera crew on a TYPHOON class submarine . How is it possible to rip
the tape and burn the film on cd ?

You need a video capture card with analog inputs. We use the matrox RT2000 (now called the RT2500). You would use either composite or component, depending on what connections your card/VHS deck has. Composite is better quality.
