Ive been keeping an eye on this issue, mainly because I deep link several times a day. While its enforcable, with specific sites, and can (and has) effected forum rules, on an indivuidual basis, they can hardly prevent it without scraping how the internet works

In truth its a simple matter to put a database on a password access basis, but that would "deter" the public access :rolleyes:, if its wide open and available, I think its fair game.
