I am starting a new business and need to know how companies like Dell (yuk!!) makes those factory restore disks that will bring you to the Windows Welcome screen after you restore. If you have free help please email me at Ltmccaul@yahoo.com. I would be very grateful.

It sounds like you're looking to create an automated batch file. You might find this helpful:
