Hi.

What is your question?

Is it a continuation from this post?

http://radified.com/cgi-bin/YaBB/YaBB.cgi?board=general;action=display;num=10861...

or here:

http://www.recording.org/postt18838.html

or here:

http://forums.storagereview.net/index.php?showtopic=15776&h

Your posts are confusing to read. Which is, I speculate, why you're finding it difficult to get help. If people don't know what you're asking, they can't help.

Short, clear, concise questions are easy to answer. Long-winded ramblings nobody likes to read.

So, what is your question?

I was selish and rude, trying to access your attention, I suppose; sorry; I  had a fetish that the author of my favorite article giving me a hand on ANY issue would ice my cake... thats mostly the deal..
pc-wise, things are not too bad for now I guess, but I don't know what or how best to check my beast .. as the beast I know it could be.. and I know it shouldn't take much to configure it correctly just that tiny bit thats often the (maker-breaker).. it would be nice to hear you agree that my thing is operating at its fairly expected rate of performance/level, if  I knew a good way to make that easily for you to be do-able and convenient, efficient and all that..

Last ,or "Finishing" touch stuff I suppose is the whole of what I'd dream of asking from you.. I acknowledge the gargantuously overadequate amount you have already done for this effort  on behalf of the world at large..

thanks so much for asking

You should benchmark the drive(s)

http://benchmarks.radified.com/

and compare it (them) to the drive's performance features described by the manufacturer. If they match, you're drive is performing correctly. If not, you have some troubleshooting to do.

After that, we want to hear some of that music you've been making. I recorded some songs for a musician/friend (Dave), which I posted here:

http://radified.com/Dave_MP3/dave_mp3.htm

I think they came out pretty good (for screwing around)

Genuine, from the heart thanks , to any person kind and generous enough to take the time to evaluate these preliminary,sound-bites, from my musical efforts, thus far, I am working on getting more out, but feedback is very difficult to get..... especially forme as a boomer, it seems  when the Beatles hit,  all the sonsAND daughters of every cousin of every monkey  became a musician, or so it seemed in many sense, and i am talking about there are  lots and lots and LOTS of very capable, talented players among the youth of today and its also as if every collective generation breeds multiples of the previous ones...( again, or so the "scene" often gives the competion-boundyoung player feelings to such effect) The old old saying's "dime-a-dozen" today  no longer denotes any modifiers saying low-caliber, just cheap for hire!

As an artist heartborn-desiree, I  keep " classic oldies" as a basic fav, and listen to MY MUSIC day in and day out, when I am in control, which is mostly,.....I do not want to listen to any of my competitors music!!!..... well at least I am enthusiastic about MY music, not that of ANYONE ELSE  UNLESS were talking about ones like Duane Allman, Ray Charles, Satch,Zeplin,Steely, and a few others...............for the most part, that is, actually I try to keep as open a mind as possible for all new things, i try, as i always have..
anyway... thanks for asking about my music , thats one of my favorite things of all! and forgive my delayed reaction, I call myself putting links to my stuff on every board of which I am a member, but i had evidently missed this one somehow sorry
but, THANK YOU

So  AGAIN, thanks to any body  WHO WILL LISTEN TO MY STUFF AND TELL ME WHAT THEY THOUGHT!

I gave them a listen. The quality sounded good. They were a little more mellow than what I like. I prefer more energetic music. I thought the Windows one was especially

Thank you Grouseman
I am especially impressed, although it continues to puzzle me, why, but i am especially appreciative to you and anyone who actually honors my wish and actually gives me an honest and genuine opinion, which is of course, exactly what i am after, but  you wouldn't believe how difficult this is to achieve.

-You think "My Place" is not energetic?
Truly puzzling, but in any event thanks for being genuine

I listened to them. Music is a personal thing. I know how hard it can be to put a track together because I tried and came out embarrassingly horrible. I like your, although they sounded a little flat, like the dynamic range had been squashed. Are you planning to do a CD?
