Shutting down the computer and leaving for the airport in a few minutes.

Just thought I'd mention that I'm leaving on vacation for a couple weeks--first one since Oct., 1999, when I was between jobs and not gainfully employed  !

If anyone directs a question to me--I'm not ignoring you--I'm just not at my computer for the time.

But, like the govenor of Calif. said, 'I'll be back.'

Greetings from Arvika, Sweden.

Having trouble with some of the keyboard layout, but managing.  I'm at the library where they have internet access at no charge.

Both my wife and I have distant family members in Sweden who we have been visiting.  What a wonderful people and the countryside is beautiful.  Love the buildings and the lakes and rivers.

The weather--mild.  Temps in the mid-60's to 70's while we were there.  A few partly cloudy days, some rain couple days and sunny the rest of the time.  Kind of like the Seattle area.  I guess the Gulf stream keeps the temps warmer than you would otherwise expect.  But in mid winter, they get only 4-5 hours of dim sunlight!  Payback for the nearly 24 hour daylight of summer.
