No - but I live downriver from there - all the water will be coming to vienna .
To illustrate :
hot water in the mediterian sea (Genua - italy),
summer heat load the clouds with enormous waterquantities,
the weathersystem goes counterclockwise to hungary
turns west , hits Austria and instead going north to
germany it decides to go for the Alps.
Hits the mountains and all that water comes down
to the valleys - elevation Landeck ~800 meters
see link
http://www.alpinesicherheit.com/bild/hochwasser2005/index.html than it goes to flat country in bavaria , where the waterflood seem to be now.

After that it will come down all the way via the danube to vienna.
Where they are prepared because they built a 2nd riverbed parallel to the first one specially for those floods.

Poor Hungarian - they will get the whole flood even faster due to the dual riverbedsystem in vienna.
