Copyright a program written using stolen compiler

Well, this stuff is not for me. But a question came up, and so far I only got smart ass answers.
If you write a computer program using Borland C++Builder, and you want to copyright your program. Now the C++Builder you have downloaded over the internet and registered using a keygen. If you are going to copyright your program, is the U.S. copyright office will check your license from Borland? Anybody else will check your license from Borland?
