Copyright a program written using stolen compiler

Well, this stuff is not for me. But a question came up, and so far I only got smart ass answers.

If you write a computer program using Borland C++Builder, and you want to copyright your program. Now the C++Builder you have downloaded over the internet and registered using a keygen. If you are going to copyright your program, is the U.S. copyright office will check your license from Borland? Anybody else will check your license from Borland?

Alex, I am not an attorney nor am I able to offer legal advice, but you may find it helpful to review the material at http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/pac/doc/general/index.html#ptsc.
