Problem With Current Ghost Boot CD (Ghost v2003)
Mar 27th, 2006 at 1:11pm

Hello everyone. Everything I've read and tried so far has been VERY helpful regarding my Ghost v2003 boot cd made following the useful guides here and etc. I however have one problem I can not seem to find the solution to.

I receive the following error msg. when trying to boot from my new cd.
...

*Other file contents*

AUTOEXEC.BAT
path=a:\;x:\
mouse.com
mscdex.exe /d:ghost /l:x /m:16 /v
ghost.exe

CONFIG.SYS
device=oakcdrom.sys /d:ghost
lastdrive=z

MSDOS.SYS
;W98EBD

[Options]
Logo=0

I would really appreciate anyones help. I'm testing in VMWare and real world situations and coming up with the same error on both.

Where is your *ghost.exe* file saved to--is it in the CD boot sector with *autoexec.bat*, *config.sys*, etc, or in the data sector of the CD that should be *x:\ghost.exe*?

No question is stupid...but, possibly the answers are  Wink !
