Imaging NTFS OS partition?

I have a short question. I already read page 8 of the Radified guide but I just want to be sure becuz I'm going to use my OS partition to make an image. Is it possible to make an image of an NTFS partition with Ghost 2003 an put this on a 2nd physical HDD with a FAT32 partition? I guess so, but does this proces uses the same procedure as making an image of a FAT32 partition or do I have to keep certain other settings in mind?
