After canfully analysis of the helpful posts here I thought I had sucessfully started a DOS Boot version of 2003 with XP2 SP2 and a large USB drive as backup media.

All was well until I noticed that Ghost does not stop at 'O' bytes remaining. The clock starts going backward and the bytes do too. 

The ghost files on the USB Maxtor 300GB drive just keep adding up. 

Intel 930 'D' Processor
Intel 975 chip set
USB Floppy

Seems crazy I know.
