I am remotely-connected to a computer.  I was looking at Ghost 9.0 - checking whether backups were happening - whether they were happening at the right times, etc.

All of the sudden, Ghost 9.0 goes into this "Scanning disks" mode.  It appears to be in a loop.  Other apps work, but it is hogging a lot of resources and has been going on for over an hour.

I searched the net and found a few references - many complicated.  Has anybody heard of this?  I am tempted to shut Ghost down in the Task Manager, but I don't like that because Ghost starts as a service.
