Ghost 10 restore iv2i

Hello,

I'm having some problems recovering my .iv2i files.
I have succesfully restored my .v2i backup ( base point.. )

But I have a problem recovering .iv2i files, the incremental ones.. I have all of them ( 001 -> 010 ) and they seem to recover fine, but they wont boot.. before the bootloader screen ( vista beta / win xp ) the cursor just keeps blinking.

I have tried fixmrb & fixboot,

I would like to restore the latest incremental file because this backups is 100-something days old..

Vmax,

I don't think Ghost 10 works with Vista.

Were your recovery points (.v2i and .iv2i) taken before you installed Vista? Are you dual booting the Microsoft Way?

	Re: Ghost 10 restore iv2i Reply #2 - Mar 6^th, 2007 at 5:53pm No, the backups are taken only of the WinXP partition ( c:\ ), they are taken with the vista bootloader on it. this works fine for my base file, but not on the incrementals.

I quite have the same problem as this post; http://radified.com/cgi-bin/YaBB/YaBB.cgi?board=ghost9_10;action=display;num=117... or it seems so.. the cursor just keeps on blinking..
