Ghost8.2 in Ghost8 UBCD4W plugin?

I`ve read several posts here, Reatogo, ubcd4w, BartPE, etc. about replacing the plugin files for the UBCD4W plugin for Ghost 8 to make it run as Ghost 8.2. Can someone put these rules in one post so I can try it as I don`t know where or how to start? Also I read of trouble people had getting a cd/dvd burner to work. Is this still a problem?, as these posts, most anyway are over 6-8 months old? Thanks guys for any help you`re willing to put forward on this. I really like UBCD4W and would like to put Ghost8.2 and PartitionMagic8 on it!

I suggest that you perform searches on the following elements, as by doing so you will bumble over a whole of what you need to know:

RESTOREGHOST.EXE

GHOST32.EXE

GHOSTEXP.EXE

GHOSTSRV.EXE

GHOSTCDR.DLL

REATOGO

UBCD4W

I promise to slog through as many as I can and ask precise questions when I return! I know almost nothing about altering .inf and batch files etc. so when I return hopefully I`ll have my questions narrowed down to that. Plain

This is how you create the plugin for BartPE.

files\ghostcdr.dll=a,,3
I then built a BartPE CD and the Ghost 8.2 plugin works fine and I created an image.

CD/DVD burning will not work as you don't have ghostcdr.dll.

Brian and El Pescador:

With help from you both I was able to get my Ghost10.0 files onto BartPE by using his Ghost8 plugin. I used the suggestion by El Pescador to enter filenames in search and sure enough Brian, your easy solution came up! This has taken many hours because I hardly know what I`m doing half the time or where to start. For about 1/2 hour I even had my file names include the extension until I realized why the plugin wouldn`t work! Now I can build a BartPE with other plugins as well. If I can get PartitionMagic8 to work as well I`ll have it made! Thank you both for the time you took to help me out.

I can't find any of the old BartPE PM plugins on the net at present but Reatogo has one, AutoHelp #30. It's the one I use.
