is there a website or a walkthrough tutorial to do so?

Couple questions--
Do you already have Ghost 10?
Ghost by itself is not a *migration* tool--transferring an OS from one system to another may or may not work depending on a multitude of variables in hardware compatibilities from the old system to the new system.

My experience may be useful. I have been using Ghost 9. YMMV...
I have hardware RAID mirror configured on my system.
As far as I can tell, Ghost does not care what the source or target of the imaging is as long as the proper drivers are installed. I've imaged from the array and restored both to the array and to a non-array drive, and vice versa.
Before I had the driver situation under control, sometimes I restored the image to a single drive out of the array then rebuilt the array.
I have found that when restoring from the ghost boot CD, it is important that USB drives be turned on and ready during the boot process. The ghost CD doesn't seem to be able to see a USB drive that was off during the boot.
Hope this helps.
