     to  all  my  respected  senior's  help  me  in  building  this  ghost  executable  ...

   since  i  don't  posses   floppy drive  dat's  the  reason  i've   made  my  usb  pen drive  as  bootable  and  when  i'm  booting  from  it  it's displaying  this ...

                            C:\>   with blinking  cursor

what  i  need  to  type  it  here  in  order  to  start  ghost  &  make  my  first  backup !  let  me  tell  u  i've  not  installed  ghost  on  my  system ..did  i  need  to  install  it  ?
                                     need  extreme  help ! 

Since you have been able to make USB bootable and boot from it. I think what you forgot is to copy you ghost.exe which runs in DOS mode in the USB drive. Simply copy that and then reboot using the USB drive. At command prompt type ghost.exe and you shall see it loading.
