making a floppy boot disk

I have installed Ghost 2003 on my windows xp machine, i wanted to create a floppy boot disk.  when i get to the part where it asks to use msdos files it is grayed out so i used the pcdos files, when i boot up to it just prompts to the A:\ drive what am i doing wrong? Sad

What's on the A: drive?  Is it just the DOS boot files, or is Ghost.exe there too?  Look at it in Windows Explorer, to see what's there.  
List the files shown.

OR.....you can boot up to the A: prompt and type in
DIR /a
and press Enter.
That will print out (on the screen), a list of
all
the files on the disk.
