Bootable CD that sees External USB Driver

I am new to this subject.  I went to the radified website to create the Bootable CD with Ghost.exe.  I completed all steps in Project #1, but I need to be able to create an image on an external USB drive.  I assume I need to create .ima file with DOS USB driver.  How do I do that? What USB driver do I use?
