Upgraded Rad forums to YaBB v2.3.1

Just completed upgrading the Rad forums to YaBB v2.3.1, which was released Jan 4, 2009. (Had to wait for a few mods to be upgraded to work with Y231.)

Looks like everything went well. I kept the same cookie you were using before, so that should work.

Lemme know if you notice any problems.

	Re: Upgraded Rad forums to YaBB v2.3.1 Reply #4 - Mar 2^nd, 2009 at 8:07pm Yup, I can confirm the forums work perfectly from multiple computers in both Linux, Vista, and WinXP. "Mark&Quote" doesn't work in Chrome, but I don't think it did before anyway.
