I installed Vista SP2 this morning and now get a message that "Windows has blocked start-up programs"  The program that is being blocked is Cobian backup.  There is an option to allow it to run, but I have to redo it every time I boot - annoying.

I can see in Windows Defender that it is being blocked :NOt yet Classified" but can't find a way to permanently allow it.  Any ideas?
