I am writing you today to inform you of preemptive security updates on the Virtuozzo based hardware node that powers your server. The time frame for this maintenance is stated in the subject of this email. This is needed to update the Virtuozzo software and kernel to the most current versions. To apply the new kernel version to the server, a node wide reboot must take place. We do periodic updates, on system side software, to ensure stability and security for your server as part of our management.

Downtime should be no more than 60 minutes pending a clean disk check on boot. We will be using all best practice measures to ensure minimal downtime as a result of the reboot. If you have any questions, please open a ticket in Grove or email support and we will be glad to assist you.
