Restoring image on a netbook without optical drive

Can I open Ghost 15 within Windows 7, tell it to restore the system partition using a previously created image, then have it reboot and perform the restore? Since I have no optical drive, wondering if this is possible?
Thanks

Your best bet is to create a bootable Ghost USB flash drive to use on the netbook.

This works with Ghost 15.
