Creating Recovery Disc

My friend lost his Ghost 15 installation disc, so now needs to create a recovery disc. I see the program has a "create custom recovery disk" function, but as far as I can tell, it seems to require that you have a recovery disc or the iso file for that disk as a starting point.
Is there a way to make a regular, not custom, disk without either of these?
