Ghost 10 thinks I have a trial program

As the subject says, I fired up the computer this morning and got a message saying that my Ghost 10.0 license had expired. Could not run Liveupdate since it told me  I was using a beta copy (I am not, I am using a purchased copy. Redownloaded Liveupdate and same problem still exists. My license key is BRXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Do these ever expire on purchased copies? Do I have to upgrade?  Thanks

I edited your posting of your license key!

Never a good idea to post a user key online--probably not a huge issue with Ghost 10 at this point--but really not a good plan going forward!

Your license should not expire unless there is something actually mentioned in your EULA (end useer license aggreement) or other User Guide information.  You need to contact Symantec and workout whatever the problem(s) are with their licensing and your system.

NightOwl, Thanks for correcting me regarding posting my user key. I have just spent an hour trying to get past Norton/Symantec voice recording for support. I have now removed Ghost 10 using the Control Panel, and then using my cd have reloaded and updated by LiveUpdate. Can't seem to get past the computer on the phone. Since this version of Ghost is 5 versions old, I am thinking that I should just dump it and use Carbonite. If you have any other suggestions I would be happy to entertain them.
