	What is VSS Quiescing ???? Dec 21^st, 2012 at 11:55am I am getting this error "This backup was captured when your machine was under high load. It should recover normally but you may wish to optimize your backup schedule to facilitate VSS Quiescing" what is this and how do I "facilitate" VSS Quiescing?

Nice of DavidH to post his issue and what he did to try and fix it.

Too bad Symantec techs apparently do not monitor their own forum posts, and step in to address issues that forum members have questions about.

That appears to be a very *technical* issue that the Symantec Ghost manual does not address. Seems like Symantec techs should help out if their program has the ability to post that warning screen!

Maybe this post has some relevance--it says the problem occurs with Win7 prior to SP1--and installing that resolved the issue for this individual: http://www.symantec.com/connect/forums/ssr2011-backup-history
