Sitting on the Steps to China Cove
Corona del Mar
Newport Beach, California
I sat on the steps here to rest a minute, and said, "Wow, isnt this beautiful!"
At the end of this road sits a little beach that you cant see from here.
The jetty you see there across the entrance channel to the harbor sits at the very end of the Balboa Peninsula,
and its end marks the beginning of open-ocean waters for boaters heading to sea.
That's the Wedge across the way, top-right, by that clump of trees. Photo taken mid-summer, 2011.
