Statements and Script Drafts will be reviewed by the 551 Writing lnstructor(s); Scripts & Budgets will be reviewed by the 551 Producing Instructor & Director of Production; Script Drafts, Budgets & Crew Lists will be reviewed by the Mentors; Crew Lists will be reviewed by the Director of Student Affairs; Fund Raising Plans will be reviewed by the Director of Production. "SIGNING ON" WITH A MENTOR: As the semester progresses, the burden falls on the student to find a designated 581 Mentor who is willing to "sign on" to mentor the 581 project. It is up to the student(s) to solicit the Mentor, make an appointment and present their project If after the individual designated Mentors have read the student's script, none of them wish to accept that script for production as a 581, please understand that the school has no obligation to guarantee the student a Mentor for that script. NO "CARRYOVER" OF MENTOR-STUDENT PAIRINGS: Should a student who has already "signed on" with a Mentor then decide to postpone his or her project to a later semester, the student then must "start from scratch" and re-submit all of the above required paperwork to the new pool of designated Mentors for that later semester. Supervisor: (8) Post-Production Schedule, and Post Production Budget
