My eyes been bothering me lately. I think it's from staring at this screen. Never had an eye-problem before. My vision is fine. I don't need glasses. They just burn. And now I have to move text farther away in order to read .. like grandma used to do. I used to kid her about needing longer arms. It's not so funny now. I bought some stuff called Similason. Drops specifically designed for "computer eyes". Works great, but costs ten bucks for a tiny 10-ml bottle. I go thru one a week. I'm not crazy about dropping all that broccoli on eye drops, but they're hard to do without. I keep a bottle on my desk at all times. Somebody also suggest I get a flat panel, since they are reportly easier on the eyes. |

Its been months since your question was posted but I wanted to find out what you have done. I have been using computers in my daily work for quite some time but now I even more so--way too much in fact. My eye lids are so swollen and I feel like I am frying them by using the computer. Can't figure out anything else that could be causing this. I've thought about buying one of those pendants that block radiation waves from computers and microwaves. Have you had any improvements?
