Just partitioned a single 40 gig HD with one primary using Windows ME. Used D through I as Logical Partitions,As follows 15%,35%,20%,8%,12%,10%...
I am new to all this so guide me here. I figured drives as Win2k,MP3s,Jpegs,Games,Ghost Images,Downloads. How does Windows understand if all downloads are in Drive (I) or elsewhere. What all goes in Drive (C) with Windows ME???
Any help is appreciated here or e-mail...martybme2000@yahoo.com

Q: How does Windows understand if all downloads are in Drive (I) or elsewhere?
A: It doesn't. But you know, and that's all that matters.

Q: What all goes in Drive (C) with Windows ME?
A: Whatever you want to put there. I install all my apps/programs to my boot drive, no games.
These are nascent partitioning questions. After you use your system for a while, it will become clear.
