My USB mouse wont work OR my ps2

I know it was working before I reformatted and did a new WIN2k install.
But know nothing.

I even updated my Bios and installed this 4in1 driver thing
and service pack3 but nothing

I got o the DEVICE MANGR and It shows a USB controller but when I open it, it says
UNSUPPORTED UNIVERSAL BUS DEVICE CONTROLLER


Whats up with all this?
