NORTON GHOST

I have a notebook that I would like to BACKUP.  I am most concerned about 'backing up' my own data - pictures, spreadsheets, etc.  I have an internal hard drive (obviously) and a USB external hard drive.  Can I use GHOST to backup my DATA aswell as my SYSTEM.

I'd really like a quick way to BACKUP my files without having to burn lots of CD's - ie have everything on my external hard drive

Thanks

Wink

Ghost can back whole HDD's and individual partitions on a HDD to a USB external HDD--it will not matter if the data is OS information or personal--to Ghost, data is data.

No question is stupid...but, possibly the answers are  Wink !

Despite the fact that Norton Ghost 2003 remains my preference in its genera, be advised that some USB 2.0 external HDDs can prove troublesome with v2003.  Should that eventuality arise, you certainly have visited the right forum to achieve resolution of any such issues.
