Ghost 10 bootable ???? (Read 2368 times)

	Ghost 10 bootable ???? May 6^th, 2006 at 6:00pm I fail to understand. I followed every direction in the manuel for Ghost 10 for XP. The copy goes well. The drive is readable and all the info is there. But the dang thing will not boot even in the same system. I read the manuel 7 times made sure I checked the "Make drive bootable" box. What am I missing here???

Don't give up. Just to clarify--you used the copy drive function from Chapter 12 of the manual. You probably used these additional options: set drive active, copy MBR.

Did your original drive contain only ONE partition or more than one? [it's not real obvious in the Ghost manual, but "copy drive" is a misnomer and really only copies one partition at a time. Reread the first paragraph if this applies to you, because it confuses many people.]

I'm sure we can figure it out.
