Error restoring with Ghost10

I am trying to restore a new laptop hard drive. I took a image of my old laptop with Ghost2003 but I have been unsuccessful getting the laptop to boot with the Ghost2003 CD. So I purchased Ghost 10 and I can get it to the Recovery disk home page. I click Recover My computer and get an error No recovery points found in any of the recovery point storage locations... So I open another location and browse to my external hard drive (USB) where my image is stored. But I get the same error. I can browse on my hard drive and see the .gho file. Any idea what I am doing wrong? THANKS

Heather,
Ghost 10 will not restore .gho files. However, the Recovery Environment CD contains Ghost 8.2 which will restore .gho files. So boot to the CD, choose your Time Zone, click Recover, Recover using a legacy Ghost image. Should be easy from here.
Let us know the outcome.
