Need more information--if you have Ghost 10 installed--where's the installation CD?--that should also be the boot disc to enter the Ghost 10 Recovery Environment (RE) when used upon initial boot.

If you downloaded Ghost 10 from the Symantec's website--part of that process should have included downloading a CD iso of the Recovery Disk for Ghost 10, which is the bootable CD for loading the RE on boot.  You then need to burn that iso to a CD so you have the Recovery Disk CD in case you need it.

I believe if you contact Symantec's customer service dept and validate your purchase, they will assist you in obtaining a replacement Recovery Disk.
