I assume you have a SATA HD. The Ghost 10 CD needs drivers to allow you to see your HD.
In Device Manage, open IDE/ATA ATAPI controllers. Do you have an entry like Intel (R) 82801GR/GH SATA AHCI controller? Let us know what yours says.
In the meantime download these drivers and copy all to a floppy.

When you press F6 and you see the floppy drivers, choose the AHCI one.
