Network drive backup

Hi All,
     Can I take backup of network drive my drive letter is m: using the Norton Ghost because it doesnot display in the backup source....

Can any one help me?

What version of Ghost do you have?  Are you trying to create a backup image of the entire networked pc or just a folder?  To backup or copy a folder that exists on the network, there are lots of file or data backup software products.

If you have Ghost 9 or Ghost 10, then no, you can't create a full image backup of a networked pc.  Ghost 9/10 has to be installed on the pc that you want an disk image of.  You run the Ghost 9/10 backup image from that pc.

There are server and client versions of Symantec where backups are triggered by the main server and run on the client pc's.  But I don't think that is what you have or are referring to.
