I had the wizard running for probably about 10 minutes and then it hit an error which said that the wizard couldn't continue if the Source drive was in use, and I realized I had Windows Explorer open to that drive so I closed it and hit Retry.  The wizard started up again and ran for about 45 minutes fine and then I left for the day (as it said it had 5+ hours left).  I came home only to see that very same error and it seemed to not have copied anything.  I hit the Retry button again but don't know what else is accessing my external hard drive, other than Ghost.  What is this error and how do I get around it?

   You can try in clean boot. Just running the microsoft and symantec services alone. try this and let us know...
