Flying without a net? (test-restore)

I've tested Norton Ghost 10 by restoring a few files.  But I've never tested restoring an entire backup set.  Can this be done?

that's what the back-ups are there for.

i prefer to test-restore to a NEW drive, so i can re-install the old one should there be any problem.

some here prefer to restore to a "dummy" drive (an old, unused drive) .. just to make sure ghost can execute all the steps.

Dave,

See http://radified.com/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1184179966

You could do this on your second HD.
